Sensing Change is East Anglia's leading provider of social work, rehabilitation and support to adults with a sight or hearing loss. We work with you to understand your needs and help you to live as independently as possible, offering a full range of services which include social work, rehabilitation for people with sight loss, equipment provision, short or long-term support, British Sign Language interpretation/communication, and training in Sensory Awareness and British Sign Language.

If you, or someone you care for, has sight or hearing loss, we can help in lots of ways. Our team of qualified and friendly professionals aims to help you achieve and maintain independence.

You don't need a referral from a GP to access our service, you can self refer, by calling 01473 260030 or complete the referral form on our website www.sensingchange.org.uk

Once you have contacted Sensing Change, our experienced and professional team will: provide information, advice and guidance, carry out a full assessment of your needs to help you increase your independence.
