Age UK aims to improve later life for everyone through our information and advice, campaigns, products, training and research.
Age UK can provide free, impartial and confidential advice and aims to enable as many callers as possible to take action themselves. Alternatively, we can supply details of relevant local or national organisations.

Growing older doesn’t come with a manual, so if you need information or advice on anything from health to housing, call our free national information line on 0800 169 6565. It's open 365 days a year from 8am to 7pm. We also publish impartial and informative factsheets and advice guides, policy papers and a range of books. Including information on keeping active and health eating, information on putting your affairs in order and what to do when someone dies. See link to website for more details.
