Coastal Accessible Transport Service (CATS) Woodbridge
Dial a Ride is a Door to Door Service offered to our members. Who cannot access public transport because of mobility, infirmity or rurality issues.
Pre-booking is required for all services. SCDC travel vouchers eligible on some journeys.
- Home to shops, surgeries, friends etc
- Disabled, mobility-impaired or elderly & rurally-isolated people eligible
- Membership registration required
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice of journey
- Book up to 14 days in advance
- Fixed price Zones up to 10 miles
- Travel Vouchers accepted (no concessionary bus passes accepted)
- All vehicles wheelchair accessible

Managers are no help and rude! Rated 1 out of 5
A mistake that happened that was not my fault, when i called to solve the issue the lady spoke over me constantly and was very un-professional!. I than spoke to the manager and she was the same and both very rude! Not happy. Submitted: 12/07/2019
