Children and Young People's Emotional Wellbeing Hub

The Emotional Wellbeing Hub is a multi-agency team offering a central point of contact for families, professionals, and young people to make a referral to access specilalist mental health support services or to discuss concerns about the emotional wellbeing of a child or young person in East or West Suffolk, aged 0-25.
What can I expect from you?
- Discuss your concerns/needs with one of our clinical practitioners.
- A referral service to access specialist NHS Child and Adolecent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
What support do you offer carers including friends and family?
- Discuss your concerns/needs with one of our clinical practitioners.
- Help with making a referral.
How do I contact the Emotional Wellbeing Hub?
Call the Hub on 0345 600 2090 and press option 3 or see below for how to make an online referral to the Hub.
For families who live in Lowestoft and Waveney, please go to the Just One Norfolk website or call 0300 300 0123 to find your equivalent support service.

The Emotional Wellbeing Hub Helpline number is not an emergency helpline.

Referral information for Professionals and GPS:
Before professionals/GPs make a referral to our service, please check whether the young person can be signposted to support from the School Nursing ChatHealth Service or Health Visiting team (Under 5s)
