Fairview Farm

Fairview Farm provides high quality, meaningful and developmental day provision for young people aged between 16 to 30, with disabilities and or difficulties.

Through a wide range of timetabled activities, young people can experience a smooth transition from the structure of school or college whilst clearly making the steps to adulthood.

Fairview Farm understands adulthood means different things to different young people and we work closely with young people and the people who support them, so that they may all achieve their goals.
