Coronavirus Support

Offering a free online course on Multi Media Journaling. It starts on Monday 6th July and runs for 4 sessions on a Monday from 11:30am to 12:10pm every week.

Via Zoom, the course will look at creating connections in a post Covid-19 world. The group teach about to use images, colours and words. Through this we'll learn to connect to our own thoughts and feelings and to talk with others who may be experiencing similar concerns. You’ll need access to Zoom on your computer, tablet or phone and be able to take part in a group session each week. We can support you with this.  

In addition to the weekly group meetings your tutor will provide a 1-1 session weekly.'

General Details

Realise Futures specialises in a range of training and employment services for people with disabilities and/or disadvantages, including employment support, adult learning community classes, and work opportunities at six social businesses in Suffolk.

The learning centre offers adult learners a wide range of courses, including maths and English, skill for work, IT, health and wellbeing and family learning.

Realise Futures moved from Murrayside Learning Centre, Ipswich, when its lease expired in August 2019 and is delighted to have secured teaching and office space in this newly-renovated, vibrant community centre
