Lakenheath Little Fishes is a charity funded, sessional nursery based at the Lakenheath Pavilion. All staff are fully trained in Early Years, Paediatric first aid and are committed to an ongoing training programme. We have two fully qualified Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCO) trained in special needs. We offer a happy, welcoming environment for your child to play and learn, for ages between two years to five years of age. All families and all children are welcome

We offer sessional care, for term time only. We provide 2 sessions a day of either 3 hours, 9am until 12pm or a 5 hour session of 9am until 2pm, 5 days a week.

Support for people with disabilities

Little Fishes has a fully accessible building. We operate a fully inclusive policy, all staff are trained and include a trained SENCO. Makaton, visual aids and Social, communication groups are all embedded into our daily routine to fully support children with additional needs. We are willing to undertake any training required to allow people with SEND to benefit from our setting.
