Want to know how to better support your child with anxiety and resilience? (Wellbeing Service)

Fourth Tuesday and last Wednesday of every month from 10am

Our online workshops can help you understand anxiety and resilience better and how you can help children cope with this through our two online workshops:

Parenting the Anxious Child - Fourth Tuesday of every month at 10-11.30am

Based on established research, this covers: primary aged children, what anxiety is and how to recognise it in children, what fear and anxiety are, how thoughts, feelings and behaviours can lead to the anxiety trap where both parents and children can get stuck. Includes hands on strategies, reflective work and is a live an interactive webinar, giving you the chance to ask anonymous questions which will be answered during the session. Rasing Happy Resilient Children - Last Wednesday of every month at 10-11am

This workshop includes: supporting parents in understanding how to help children develop essential building blocks, be able to cope with the ups and downs of life, core skills essentional to promote children's wellbeing, how to support children in developing coping strategies to maintan healthy relationships, survive hardship, problem-solve and talk about feelings.
