Suffolk Mind supports people with mental health problems to live independently in the community. Our aim is to provide single supported accommodation to ensure a successful tenancy for those that have suffered mental illness.

Our housing service embraces recovery approaches for mental health and wellbeing, a holisitc, enabling, person centred approach to mental distress, disadvantage and social exclusion.

Notes

Suffolk Mind supports single homeless people with mental health problems to live independently in the community. The aim of the service is to ensure a successful tenancy and to enable tenants to move on to maintain this without support from Suffolk Mind. Tenants must be aged 18 and above. Suffolk Mind has been a registered charity since 1962 and is affliated to Mind National since 1986. Referral route: Social Care Department, Housing Department, Citizens Advice or self referral
