Parkruns and Great Run Local events in Suffolk - 21 locations

General Details

Parkrun and Great Run Local events provide free timed running events for adults and children in parks and communities across Suffolk.

Supported and organised by fantastic local volunteers they are open to everyone and provide a fantastic environment to get active and stay active.

They take place in pleasant parkland surroundings and are open to people of every ability, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, to juniors to those with more experience - everyone is welcome to participate.

Suffolk now has 11 parkruns, 5 junior parkruns and 5 Great Run Locals with around 3,000 people taking part each and every week.
