Enigma Peer Support Group

Enigma is a Peer Support Group for anyone aged 18+ who have long term mental health problems, emotional distress or anxiety which impacts on their daily lives.

The aim of our group is to support people by working through a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills Workbook learning mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation and distress intolerance skills.

We are not a group that advises people what they should do during their recovery journey, we offer support and encourage coping strategies and help people to achieve a better understanding of positive metal health and wellbeing.

We see people with any enduring mental health problem, and welcome anyone whose NHS mental health treatment has finished and are looking for further support.

Enigma meets three times per week in Stowmarket
