Bury HeartSong ( Run by Music In Our Bones)

miob logo

Come to HeartSong and find confidence singing with others. Join in, have fun, and feel your spirits lift. It is recognised that singing can improve our physical and mental well-being. We offer friendly open groups that teach by ear. The songs are from different parts of the world. Each session always includes newcomers, so why not come along and give it a try, and see your stress fade away. First session free then donation only encouraged.

In 2021 supported by Suffolk Carers Fund via the Suffolk Community Foundation - a well-being singing project for Family Carers and people with mental or physical  health issues and anyone who feels that singing might lift their spirits! In the year ahead we hope to reach couples including a partner managing life as a stroke survivor or other neurological issues such as Parkinsons and MS.
