National Autistic Society's Parent to Parent Service

General Details

Parent to Parent is a UK-wide confidential telephone service providing emotional support to parents and carers of autistic children and adults. The service is provided by trained parent volunteers who offer telephone support from their own homes. Our volunteers are based across the UK, so parents don’t have to share information with someone in their local area.

Our volunteers have personal experience of autism and the impact it has on their own families. We will aim to call you back within a week of your initial call, but this might not always be possible. We will return your call as soon as we possibly can.

When you talk to one of our volunteers, everything you say will remain confidential unless there is good reason for us to divulge information, for example child protection.

You can call us, or use the online enquiry form.
