Avenues East - Services

Avenues East is a subsidiary of the Avenues Group and an independent charity which has been making a difference to the lives of disabled people for over 30 years.

We support people across the East of England living with disabilities, illness or injury to live the best lives possible.

We work to provide people with the opportunities to play an active part in the local community and to help them recognise their equal right to take part in all aspects of everyday life.

Our services include:

- Teaming up evening social

- Leisure trips/short breaks

We support people to live independently, whether in their own home or in supported housing and provide community support to enable people with disabilities to take part in a variety of leisure, sport, social and employment opportunities.
