Muscles for Charity

An award winning group of volunteers who undertake projects provided a donation is given to a registered charity. Muscles for Charity never handles any money.

The majority of volunteers are based in Suffolk, but are drawn from as far away as London. We have completed 260 projects which have benefited over 95 registered charities with our volunteers contributing over 8,600 hours of work. Although based in Suffolk, the concept has grown internationally and there are now similar organisations in America, Canada and Belgirum.

To date our activities have included building patios, painting houses, clearing gardens, repairing fences and general maintenance work. We prefer to assist senior or challenged individuals, but are willing to assist anyone.

We are hard working, friendly and fun with exceptional standards of work.

Notes: Pre booking is essential. Our volunteers are usually booked up to 4 months in advance. We provide the service and the muscles - the recipient pays for the goods. Muscles is formed on good humour, matching expectations and excellent work.
