Notes

Based at the Hospital is the Physiotherapy Department which provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic and rehabilitative physiotherapy to outpatients and inpatients and the Nursing Home. The team addresses the physical, psychological, emotional and social well-being of patients. Our Physiotherapists may use a combination of manual therapy (mobilisation & manipulation),  exercise therapy, electrotherapy (ultrasound, interferential, TENS), moist hot packs and cryotherapy (ice application).

Acupuncture treatment can also be provided for musculoskeletal conditions. We also have a gym on site that is available for public use too.
