Waveney LEAF (Lived Experience Advisory Forum)

The new Waveney LEAF (Lived Experience Advisory Forum) has been set up by Access Community Trust to give users of mental health services across Waveney, and their families, a platform to share their voices and lived experience.

We recognise the importance of peoples stories and experiences, and will provide a safe, supportive environment to capture their voices, offer support, signposting, information and guidance.

We will collaborate with communities across Waveney to understand what matters to them, and use innovative ways to bring those with lived experience and their supportive others together, with a united voice, to inform and influence services of the future. 

We host regular drop in sessions across Waveney where individuals and their families can access information, advice and guidance and signposting to appropriate services, and also feedback your experiences of mental health services and support organisations on a 1-1 basis at these sessions.

The Waveney Leaf looks forward to welcoming you to the forum, where people with experience likes yours are helping to change things for the better. Please note this is a service for those aged 19 and over.
