We also offer pilates - specialist back care, postnatal and antenatal Pilates classes with availability for lunchtime, morning and evening sessions. Postnatal Strength Class, Osteoporosis, Chair Based exercise, Hip and Knee rehab class, Mindful Movement (Cancer Rehabilitation class), Neuro Pilates, Menopause Strength class, Bone health class, Mindful Movement Class (Cancer rehab class).

A gym ball stability class runs Tuesday 12.30pm

1:1/Small group sessions with Personal Trainer Ben Durham
