Our learners live in Lowestoft and the surrounding towns and villages -our catchment area currently stretches to Leiston, Reydon and Saxmundham. We have a small number of pupils who live in Norfolk.
Most of our learners travel to and from school on transport provided by Suffolk County Council - entitlement to access this service varies according the child's age and the distance between their home and school. Discretionary transport may be offered to 6th Form students - parents/ carers need to pay a fee towards the cost of this transport - currently £230 per term.

We regularly invite our learners to help us with making decisions in school - they help with the recruitment of staff, give feedback on school meals, residential experiences, community based learning and 6th form learners lead on the planning for their end of year Prom. Warren School is a special school for learners with severe and/or profound and complex learning difficulties. All staff are qualified and/or are experienced in meeting the individual needs of learners with special educational needs and disbilities.
We have developed 3 distinct curriculum pathways for our learners - Ash, Elm and Oak Pathways. We also have specific curriculum offers for learners in our Early Years and 6th Form departments. Please see our website for more information - www.warrenschool.co.uk
