Families support group running weekly activities in Dance and Exercise, Healthy Cooking, Mindfulness and Supplementary classes for children

Time of day: Morning
Session Information: Healthy Cooking
Telephone enquiries and Information everyday 10 to 5pm
Saturdays 1 to 4 pm term times - supplementary school for children 5 to 16 years
Wednesdays 7.30pm to 9pm Mindfulness classes via zoom
Thursdays 11am to 12.30 pm Dance and exercise classes

Cost Details

£3.00 for Healthy Cooking and Dance & exercise classes £30.00 per child per term for the children attending the supplementary school
