Intervention support for Eating Disorders
The Stranger That Called Workshop is 6 week workshop to aid recovery from an eating disorder. It is run by Muscle Mind Wellness a lived experience survivor of Anorexia Nervosa.
Offering 6 week workshops in schools and 1-2-1 sessions in person for individual sufferers. With over 5 years of experience, Fully qualified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Eating
Disorder expert, this approach gives you the tools you need to aid recovery from an eating disorder, for continued support throughout your recovery without having the long waiting lists of the NHS.
Parents/carers get the tools they need to help support the sufferer outside of sessions. This approach works as recovery is possible as I am walking proof.
