Buggy Fitness in Kesgrave

If you’ve recently had a baby, need to get active or struggling finding childcare - Buggy Fit is for you!

Led by a Personal Trainer, Buggy Fit allows you to get active whilst spending time with your child. Sessions combine cardio and fat burning exercises with toning and core, improving all areas after childbirth. All you need is comfortable clothing, trainers and your buggy and child!

Classes start with a gentle walk, moving into a power walk or run to raise your heart rates. We then improve your flexibility and mobility through some dynamic stretches and bodyweight movements. We look to tone individual muscle groups by using a variety of equipment which helps us cope with the demands of motherhood and restoring our body confidence. We finish off with a cool down and stretch all while your baby enjoys some fresh air!  The session creates an opportunity to ask any nutrition and exercise questions as well as chat and make new friends.

All classes help to restore body confidence, self esteem and fitness whilst having fun with other mums in the fresh outdoors.
