Childminder

Hello, my name is Louise,

I am an Ofsted registered childminder based close to the town centre in Sudbury, Suffolk. I have a home from home setting which has a dedicated playroom for the children to enjoy, filled with lots of educational toys, arts and crafts and books. I also have a large garden with play equipment, which we use all year round. I provide fun activities that follow the EYFS curriculum, including baking, gardening and outings to the park, library, zoo and farm. I live with my husband and 2 beautiful children and I adore spending my spare time with my family.

I have always wanted to work with children and qualified for my NNEB childcare diploma (level 3 childcare) whilst at collage. I have enjoyed working in childcare for the past 24 years, having previously worked as a nanny for 14 years until my eldest son was born. I have been a childminder for 12 plus  years and I have been rated GOOD by Ofsted upon their last inspection.

I am able to offer both full and part time childcare as well as before and after school drop-offs and pick-ups. I also offer daytime childcare for school age children during school holidays. I provide lunch, evening meals and regular snacks for the children in my care and all my food is nut-free due to my son having a nut allergy. I can also cater for other allergies and dietary requirements too.
