
We will continue to with our current arrangements to provide information, advice and support by telephone, email, Text and virtually.
If you leave a phone or email message with us we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Where we would usually provide meeting support, if possible, we will support through telephone or video conferencing.
Decisions about any face-to-face visits/meeting support will be taken on an individual basis, following a risk assessment of the specific circumstances.
The Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS) provides information, advice and support to young people and children with SEN or disabilities aged 0 -25, and their parents, about education, health and social care. We provide legally based, impartial, confidential and accessible information and advice. We do this through workshops for practitioners and Parents/carers, online and printed information, a confidential helpline and direct face to face work.
We also provide information, advice and support for parents and young people who are going through the Education, Health and Care Plan process.
