Mind Body Moment teaches Yogalates™ Method to adults of any age, gender & ability in a course like structure
Step 1: Start with a Welcome 121 - a personal 60 minute class
Step 2: Then join Mind Body Moment Classes - 4 x 90-min weekly classes (max 8 clients)
Step 3: Repeat Step 2, as your calendar permits
