Mind Body Moment: Yogalates™ (The original fusion of Pilates & Yoga)

Yogalates™ is the original award winning fusion of Yoga and Pilates.

A safe and accessible exercise format that is excellent for developing core strength & stability (Pilates), while encouraging a connection with self; soothing the nervous system, releasing stress, aiding relaxation bringing inner calm and overall wellbeing (Yoga).

Mind Body Moment teaches Yogalates™ Method to adults of any age, gender & ability in a course like structure

Step 1: Start with a Welcome 121 - a personal 60 minute class

Step 2: Then join Mind Body Moment Classes - 4 x 90-min weekly classes (max 8 clients)

Step 3: Repeat Step 2, as your calendar permits  

Private Lessons are also available.
