I received a “RI" in my last Ofsted inspection. I focus on spending quality time doing interesting and educational activities with the children in my care but my paperwork did not reflect this. I will be 're inspected' and hopefully tick the right boxes to regain my 'good'. Mine is a warm and welcoming home where children feel secure and valued and able to be themselves. We attend our local toddler groups, go for walks, feed the ducks and go to the park. I have a large lounge, wide range of toys and crafts, enclosed back garden with a large covered play area with slide, playhouse, sandpit and ride on toys. We now have two raised beds and the children have had a great time planting their own vegetables. We also now, thanks to the children have planted a mixed herb garden. We go on outings, especially during school holidays. One of the children's favourites is a visit to our local farm, where they can feed and pet a variety of animals and play on the fun activities the farmer constructs for them.
Since this I am pleased to say I have achieved Good on my resent inspection.
