We have opened bookings for our newly created live online workshops webinars which will be focusing on ways to look after your mental health and wellbeing during this Coronavirus Pandemic. Are you are aged between 13-18 years old?
The Wellbeing Service have two online workshops available to help young people understand about their feelings of anxiety or low mood and how to deal with them. These are:
Dealing with feeling anxious - First Monday of every month, 5-6pm.
Dealing with feeling down - Third Monday of every month, 5-6pm.
These online workshops are based on established research and cover how thoughts, feelings and behaviours can lead to you feeling stuck. They are live and interactive webinars that give you the chance to ask anonymous questions which will be answered during the session.

If you are 13-15 years old, please ask a professional for a referral, this can be a teacher, school nurse, GP or Family Support Worker.
If you are 16-18 years old, you can refer yourself to our service here
