Fly Tipping
Had a Council house tenant fly-tip onto my land. The fence was broken down and their rubbish tipped over from their garden including metal seats, shelving, garden waste etc. Call environmental health at BDC I thought, the perpetrator is one of their tenants. What a big mistake that was. Do not both to do this if you find yourself in this situation. They will not help you. You will be told that you are not permitted to store rubbish on agricultural land. If I do not clean it up at my own cost. I am breaking the law . If I throw it back I am also breaking the law and will be prosecuted. 1 star for Babergh District Council for coming to see me and informing me of the law. Clear up cost to me £550. Good work Babergh next time I will not be using you services.
