The Offshoot Foundation

Offshoot Logo

The Offshoot Foundation is a local charity dedicated to giving young people an opportunity to shine within the world of media. Our vast experience enables us to get the best out of each individual despite any perceived ability, age or background.

We create a supportive atmosphere, where young people encourage one another to undertake a variety of roles, within the production team. Although the development of these skills is our primary goal, often children’s communications skills are enhanced during the process. The ability to work productively as a team is vital, and ideas and thoughts need to be expressed coherently.

We are excited to be running workshops in Stowmarket from April 2023 for young people with additional and SEND needs (Aged 11-18)  on a Monday and for Young carers on a Wednesday evening, 5:30 - 7:30.
