Yoga and Mindfulness in Costal Suffolk

Yoga classes run twice weekly - Mondays at 7 pm and Friday at 10 am, for ninety minutes. Mindfulness meditation practice, yoga asanas, and guided relaxation are included Come and give them a try - your first class is free. After that they are £5.00 per class (£6.00 for drop-in students). 10 week terms. All welcome!

Happiness Classes run in Woodbridge Library, Monday lunchtimes 1230 - 1345, beginning on 22 September 2014. These classes are designed for stress-reduction andn include easy techniques that work to help us deal with the pressures of modern life. Relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation are included along with helpful tips for staying calm and centred in the midst of a busy life. £10.00
