LUTS (Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms) (East Coast Community Healthcare CIC)

The service sees men with LUTS (Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms), ie urgency, frequency, nocturia, poor flow, hesitancy, intermittency, the sensation of incomplete emptying.

At the Clinic the patient will undergo a full review with a flow rate and post void ultrasound. A treatment/management/referral plan will be returned to the referrer. If appropriate, the LUTS nurse will refer to a Urology Consultant or the Continence Service.

There are costs related to using / accessing our service.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.
