We're a national service who recognise that personal budgets, direct payments,personal health budgets and Individual Service Funds give people the chance to choose, employ and organise their own personal assistants – an opportunity to have full choice and control over their support at home.
HomeCareDirect offer a third party legal employer service meaning we will employ your chosen personal assistants on your behalf to CQC standards (Care Quality Commission) . You’ll still have all the same choice and control yet you won’t have to take on the responsibility (and sometimes the hassles!) of being an employer.
We support people with health and social care support needs including -: complex physical conditions, learning disability and or autism, mental health and challenging behaviour

We recognised that people want the choice and control of self directed support but are daunted by all the responsibilities. Therefore, we’ve designed a service to make choosing and employing your own personal assistant team as easy as possible.
We’ll ensure your personal assistants are employed in a legal manner, taking on the payroll on your behalf, including all employers national insurance, holiday and bank holiday pay, maternity/paternity and sickness pay. Your support will be managed by one of our clinical nurses and your support team will be trained and supported to meet competence of your care We will
Due to the personalised nature of our services we do have a minimum service level of 30 hours of support per week.
