24hr supported housing service based at Hospital Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with a 14 room hostel and 6 flats on site, (the hostel has 2 short stay rooms.) Referrals are made by secondary mental health services for temporary placements up to approximately 2 years, allocations decided by an allocations panel after Julian Support have assessed the referral. Adult Community Services are also able to refer in to the service for people with high functioning LD or autism diagnoses. Julian Support are commissioned to provide the support and Orbit are the landlord.
