Lofty Heights CIC is a non-profit community interest company for good. We offer a range of services to assist people in their homes and gardens through our highly respected decluttering service. Living in a clean, orderly home has great improvement on physical and mental health. This can mean that a person can be mobile at home, with reduced risk of slips, trips or falls. Also, living in an orderly, clean home can have a great improvement on mood, feelings of self-worth and self-esteem, it can also be a great motivator to make small improvements in other areas of people's lives. We operate out of Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex, and some of our work is funded in full or in part, and if you are referring people to us via social prescribing please make your client aware of this, and to enquire first.
Our core services include decluttering (of the home, Loft, garage, garden, or outbuildings); essential and deep cleaning, moving furniture and packing. We can pack in preparation for a move and unpack following one. This service is key to preventing issues in new homes and to ensure that people are living in the right accommodation to support their needs or financial situation..
We also work in partnership with the NHS to support hospital discharge through our Homeward Bound Service; This service enables people to return home from hospital quickly and safely, or to prevent them from being admitted. This service is funded by the East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust and West Suffolk CCG for the west, The Homeward Bound service will move furniture, remove trip/slip/fire hazards and provide spot or general cleaning, or other small jobs needed as required to enable the patient to be discharged. This services can only be requested by a medical professional.
Our teams are fully trained and insured, all our staff are DBS checked. We offer a range of services for businesses; Tenancy room/house clearance/clean, void turnaround, garden clearances and small removals.
