    Many mothers face challenges in the early days of breastfeeding - preparing yourself with the knowledge and skills before your baby arrives can help prevent these challenges and make breastfeeding a smooth and enjoyable experience! 

    We offer 1-2-1 antenatal workshops at home to give you and your partner all the knowledge and techniques you need to get breastfeeding off to the best start. 
    You'll learn how to ensure your baby is latching well, how to build a good milk supply, managing breastfeeding and sleep, techniques to prepare for breastfeeding before your baby arrives, options for breast pumps, how to express + partners will have a chance to meet and hear about breastfeeding from a dad's perspective, and hear about how they can be involved. 

    You can also arrange a group workshop with friends - why not get some pregnant mamas together over a cuppa and empower yourselves to experience a smooth and enjoyable start to breastfeeding.
