Ipswich Recycle (Freegle)
Ipswich Recycle is a long-standing and active Recycling group run by local people, for local people. Members who have items they no longer need offer them freely to other Ipswich Recycle members.
We have several thousand members across East Anglia, giving away dozens of items each week, keeping things out of landfil and helping each other out..
We are part of Freegle, a national network of re-use groups.
Membership is free.

- Accreditation details
- Freegle, a national grassroots organisation of well over a million people throughout the United Kingdom who are giving and receiving free unwanted items in their immediate communities. Local charities, non-profit groups and communities are encouraged to join. Our aim is to keep anything reusable out of our landfill sites.
- Notes
Everything offered is given for free … no sales are allowed. Our mission is to keep items out of landfill. Items rehomed via our site have included clothes, gardening equipment, tools, furniture, household items and toys, but we've also had the occasional car, caravan and motorcycle. Running since 2005, we have over several thousand members around Ipswich and the surrounding areas and rehome hundreds of items every year.
